DJ’s Bridal have a set price of $279 inc GST to Dry Clean and Preserve your Wedding Gown with the exclusion of silk, removable skirts, attachments, trains longer than three meters and glitter gowns, please contact DJ’s Bridal for a quote if your Wedding Gown contains any of these exclusions.
Why have a set price?
A set price for all Wedding Gowns is easier for our clients, rather than taking your Wedding Gown into various Dry Cleaners to receive a quote that might be out of your budget.
Why do DJ’s Bridal have exclusions?
Wedding Gowns that contain Silk, Glitter and Gowns that require a double preservation box require an experienced Dry Cleaner due to the delicate nature of the fabric and additional time it takes to Dry Clean.
Do you need to Dry Clean your Veil to preserve with your Wedding Gown?
Yes, Veil’s must be Dry Cleaned prior to preservation as there may be perfume or hairspray that you are unable to see but could damage your Veil and Wedding Gown overtime if left uncleaned.
Do DJ’s Bridal offer a Postal Service?
Yes, DJ’s Bridal also offer a postal service for Brides outside our collection area, contact DJ’s Bridal for more information about this service.
How do DJ’s Bridal Preserve your Wedding Gown?
DJ’s Bridal preserve Wedding Gowns in a standard white preservation box and wrap your Wedding Gown in acid-free tissue paper for long term storage. DJ’s Bridal do have options to upgrade your preservation box, the options available will be provided after we inspect your Wedding Gown (this is to determine the correct size for your Wedding Gown).
How long does the process take?
DJ’s Bridal Brisbane is between three and six weeks.
DJ’s Bridal N.S.W is between six and eight weeks.
DJ’s Bridal postage is between four and eight weeks.

Yes, DJ’s Bridal specialise in Silk, Silk is a very delicate material and must be handled by experienced Dry Cleaners.
Do I have to have my Wedding Gown Preserved?
DJ’s Bridal can return your Wedding Gown hanging, please let DJ’s Bridal know when you book your Wedding Gown in for Dry Cleaning (please note DJ’s Bridal are unable to return posted Wedding Gowns hanging).
What happens after you book your Wedding Gown in for Dry Cleaning and Preservation with DJ’s Bridal?
- DJ’s Bridal will provide a date and time for collection.
- After we collect your Wedding Gown DJ’s Bridal will photograph your Wedding Gown and send you the before photos and the option to upgrade your preservation box (if applicable)

- DJ’s Bridal will send you the final photos and delivery information.
